superb care from the new Receptionist Lara Taneijian who without prompting was able to sort out a admin problem over a due Blood test.
I hope others can learn from this young Lady's professionalism
I would like to see a help button for the single Receptionist to call up a second person to help out at busy times as there can be quite a queue develop at times
the recent makeover is excellent and I am sure this Surgery will become a truly appreciated place of Health and wellbeing
I've left this practice after years of being unhappy here. All the good doctors have left. I'm always kept waiting for ages. Some of the doctors bedside manners are appalling. You are rushed because they are always behind. The reception staff are rude. Never a good experience.
I have now left this practise.I found the staff unhelpful to say the least,and with one or two exceptions,the Doctors seemed not really interested and could not wait to get you out after your 10mins. The difference between Hampton and my new practice are as night and day. This practise ,I believe, needs a serious review of it's services.
I'd appointment to see nurse at 9am. It's now 10am & I still haven't been seen. Surgery opens 8.30. Reception tells me there is three people before me.
I am a big fan of NHS but this is exactly what happened last time I came to see nurse.
Unless there has been. Major incident this is poor management. Skiioage of over an hour, after half hour of opening.
Every single patient has been & gone that arrived after me
I have met Sister Vimi on a couple of occasions over the summer and would like to commend her for her superb bedside manner.
She has been extremely caring, kind and friendly as well as being excellent at her job.
She is a credit to the practice.
